JoCo Arsenal is 100% Volunteer ran and organized. Our board members, coaches, their assistants, team moms - all volunteers.

With that being said, if you are interested in coaching, assisting, or being a team - Please reach out to jocoarsenalnc@gmail.com to receive a coaching/team mom packet.

Each team (football and cheer) must have a head coach, assistant coach(es), and a team mom.

A background check will be performed and an adult image release will need to be signed. Also, Football coaches and assistant coaches will have to complete specified AYF training and print a completion certificate. Cheer coaches and assistant coaches will have AYF training videos to complete.
